With direct responsibility for valuations and sales, Mike has a great track-record of delivering results and a reputation for maintaining excellent standards of service. |

Dee Howland A well-known and well-respected local figure, Dee is a partner in Keystone and manages appointments, office administration and the preparation of property information for marketing. She brings years of administration experience and excellent local knowledge to the role. |

Lucy Howland Lucy has sole responsibility for Key-Lets, a separate company that manages the property letting side of the business. Lucy has guided Key-Lets through a period of significant growth and she now looks after in excess of 100 properties in Downham Market and the surrounding areas. |

Carol Ward Carol joined Keystone in 1998 as sales negotiator and has great experience in local estate agency. An active member of the local community, she brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team. |
